New Moon (no Ashtanga)

Traditionally both the full and new moon days are observed as rest days in Ashtanga Yoga. There will thus be no ashtanga led/Mysore today. Please take rest.

Do note: if a moon day falls on a Monday, the evening Yin Yoga class will still run in the shala and online. If a moon day falls on a Friday, the traditional Sanskrit led class will take place on the day before, namely on the Thursday morning, from 09:00-10:30. Do see the calendar for any moon day alterations.
