In 2013-2014 I completed my Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training with the Ik Saran Dhian International School of Yoga founded by Ishwara Kaur & Kirpal Singh. Ishwara and Kirpal truly complement each other in teaching and life combining the feminine and masculine, playful and sincere, holding yet provoking as they draw on a wealth of individual and joint experience. ISD offer level 1 and level 2 teacher trainings in the UK and abroad, retreats, workshops and are highly regarded members of the Kundalini Community: Ik Saran Dhian, yoga. In June 2015 I also completed the 60 hours Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Module LifeCycles & LifeStyles with Shiv Charan Singh.

If you ever get chance to attend one of Charanpal’s Kundalini Yoga Classes I would highly recommend doing so. They are held in central London on a Monday evening and Saturday morning at Fitzrovia Community Centre W1. The Saturday class is also online. Charanpal has a unique heart-felt presence that creates a class space that is simultaneously light yet sincere, open yet contained, joy-filled yet sacred, fun yet challenges you to go beyond your self-imposed limitations. Charanpal has been and continues to be who I consider my primary kundalini teacher and is an inspiration to me. Do see his website: https://www.kundaliniyoga.london/
